Every feature listed in the plan is available during the beta, subject to the limitations described below. Some features continue to be improved based on beta feedback. AI syllabus scans are fair-use limited even on Plus. Grades, GPA, and scholarship status are estimates — confirm official numbers with your school. School sync is calendar-feed (iCal), not a full LMS gradebook login. Reminders are email and browser/app push — not SMS text messages.

Pricing questions
What happens when the beta ends?
We’ll announce plans in the app and by email ahead of time. Free stays free, nothing is charged without your agreement, and you can export or delete your data any time.
Will my data be deleted if I don’t upgrade?
No. Free keeps your data, so everything you’ve saved stays in your account.
Are there student discounts or refunds?
Every Plus payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel any time. See the refund and cancellation policy. Beta members are offered founding pricing.
Why is there a paid plan?
It keeps ModStudent independent: no ads, and no selling your data. AI syllabus scanning and school calendar-feed sync cost money to run, and Plus is how we’ll cover those costs.
How do I join the founding cohort?
Create a free account (or join the waitlist if you prefer). Beta members are offered founding pricing when Plus launches: $19.99 for the first year, then it renews as Plus at $29.99 a year, and we email you before it renews.
